Shipping Info

Delicatessen MED agrees to deliver the products purchased by the user in the place stated in the order form. No products will be delivered to PO Boxes. Shipping charges will be paid by the buyer and are inclusive of VAT.

Delivery. From the day following receipt of the order and confirmation of payment, excluding weekends and holidays, it will ship. Also, for convenience, the buyer will be sent a code with which to access the status of the order transit through the website: www.tnt.com / express, in order to confirm the exact date and time of delivery.

* The estimated delivery time to the island (Canary and Balearic Islands), Ceuta and Melilla is 2 to 3 days, depending on the value of the shipment and customs formalities.

Data and Delivery Schedule.

Please provide us with a phone no and address where delivery will take your order (family home, office, home of a relative or neighbor, etc.). The delivery schedule (from 9 to 19 hours) of TNT Express ensures that your order will be delivered in 1 business day after the confirmation. In case you can not even be supplied as described above, the transport company TNT has a large number of storage points where you can pick up your order, scattered throughout the peninsula. IMPORTANT!

For shipments to Greece and EU countries (Switzerland, Norway,.,) special documents are required for foods, such as phytosanitary certificates with great administrative complexity at customs.

There are also countries that do not allow alcoholic beverages,  in case you want to begin your purchase , contact us first to determine whether to send the product to the country or not.

General information for shipping to Europe:

Delivery.

2 to 3 business days for shipments within the EU, and 10 days for all other countries. Also, for convenience and to speed up and facilitate the process, provide the buyer with a code that access the status of your order.

Non-EU countries are subject to charges for customs formalities (NetexpressUSA Service)

Supplements. -

The destinations of Corsica, Sicily, Sardinia, Isle of Man and Channel Islands have the following supplements:

from 18 € (VAT included) on the general charge of the country when the weight of the consignment is less than 30 Kgs

25% on the rate of the country where the shipping weight is over 30 Kgs

* Countries outside the EU such as San Marino and others, have a surcharge for customs formalities (See earlier in info@delicatessenmed.com).
